I met my best friend and the luv of my life while I was working as a bouncer in a popular nite club hang out. I was working the front door I had to pat down and wave my metal detecting wand over the patron's. He started gyrating and dancing and showing off in front of his friends. I of course did not appreciate this and snubbed him the rest of the nite. Not to be ignored or shot down in the company of his buddies. He slipped me his phone number and asked for mine. I gave him my parents phone number and threw his away...Not expecting to hear from him. I went to go visit my family the next day and my little sister asked me," who is Joe?"
I said I didnt know. My little sister said,"well he has called here twice now for you." Still not remembering him. I went to work that night again. He was there and still being goofy. I did not appreciate his humor or goofiness so I actually tried to fix him up with my friends and cousin! It didn't work. I relented and this February we will celebrate 22 years of marriage. We are truly the complete opposite of each other. He is the yin to my yang! Literally...We are blessed with such a great Friend,Husband,and Father...
